Aquandalla Davis, Director
AAMFT Supervisor Candidate
Licensed in New York, Florida, and South Carolina
My name is Aquandalla Davis, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and an experienced Life Coach with specific attention to couples. In my work with my clients, exploration of Family of origin is incorporated into the therapeutic journey. Family is an essential part in human development. Family is what shapes our beliefs and influences our choices. It is through family we learn how to love, interact and develop our expectations of others.
I utilize an eclectic approach to therapy as no two individuals are the same. When working with adult individuals I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Cognitive Processing Therapy (cpt), Psychodynamic Therapy, Solution Focused and Narrative therapy. In my work with couples I utilize Gottman Therapy, Emotion Focused and Family systems models. My work consists of in-session activities as well as frequent homework assignments. If you’re ready to begin the work, I would love to help you get to your place of balance.
Together we will embark on a journey of Mental and/or Relational Maintenance. For as long as you commit to doing the work, I will be there to guide and provide you with clinical support along the way. Let the healing begin!
